Freezer Diving Episode 3 is here! Todays episode was my moms outside freezer which to be honest was better than I expected! She tried to a pull a little prank on me knowing i'd be going through her freezer but it did not fool me! I did find a Eye of Round that was in dire need of saving though! Best part was it was big so we are going to get two videos out of this one freezer dive! Stir Fry Stroganoff is what I decided to try today! I wanted to make a dish that was homy and comforting like beef stroganoff so commonly is but lighter and wanted it eat more like a stir fry. So using more commonly used asian techniques such as baking soda to tenderize and cornstarch for crust, and flavoring the oil with garlic and pepper corns the journey for a Stir Fry Stroganoff begins!
