Freezer Divin' Episode 1: Fall Inspired Herb Roasted Pork Tenderloin w/ a White Balsamic Chimichurri

In Episode 1, I find a Pork Tenderloin that I decide to lean into the season and be inspired by Fall! So we roasted the Pork Tenderloin with herbs and some sweet Potatoes, Apples and fresh figs. Using a single Sheet tray! Thats right minimizing dishes too! Winning all around on this one! And we lighten and bring the dish to life with a White Balsamic Chimichurri! it comes together beautifully and deliciously!
