Fall is here and that means while the leaves begin to fall, and tailgating and wings are our new weekend activities; Peach and Hatch Chile season is coming to an end. With all that in mind I began to crave wings, and thus wanted revisit and reinvigorate some of my wing hot sauces. What a Better place to start than my Rosemary Peach Habanero Wing Sauce.
