Happy Thanks giving everyone! I hope everyone had a great holiday and are full of yummy delicious food! In this video I got to explore a new hike and a new part of the Wasatch Front. The Rocky Mouth Waterfall via Hidden Valley Park Trail is going to be in my rotation year round! The views were stunning, it worked up a great sweat, and the waterfall at the end was worth all the switchbacks! It was so peaceful and amazing to be out in nature, I always can find such a wonderful sense of serenity. It was the perfected setting for me to talk about how grateful I am for the progress I have had and all the joy and positivity that this little passion project has given me.
