INGREDIENTS

Honey Mustard Herb Grilled Pork Chops (or chicken, fish, tofu, etc)

Grilled Fennel Pesto Slaw 

Extra Slaw Dressing, or Pesto

As Needed Balsamic Vinegar 

1-2 Tomato Slices per sandwich

1-2 Fresh Mozzarella sliced ¼ in thick per sandwich

Your favorite Bun

NEXT LEVEL TIP:

Finding fresh hand pulled mozzarella is going to give you the best results, its going to have more flavor, melt better and it gives you a chance to create a relationship with your local cheese monger!


Directions:

  1. Once pork is cooked begin assembling sandwich’s. 

  2. Light toast the insides of the bun

  3. Place a small amount of the dressing on the bottom bun. 

  4. Atop of that place the mozzarella cheese, and immediately place the freshly grilled meat onto the cheese. 

  5. Place a slice of tomato, season with salt and pepper. 

  6. Top with slaw

  7. Enjoy!!

NEXT LEVEL TIP:

If you don’t have any of the dressing left over, simply make a pesto mayo, by mixing 1 part pesto to 2 parts mayonnaise, it will be delicious!!
