Macadamia Nut Crusted Dorado w/ Beurre Citron
In this video, I use some delicious Maui Sweet Onion Macadamia Nuts to crust some Dorado, AKA Mahi Mahi, that I caught in Mexico! Then to take it to the next level I make and then save/fix a Beurre Citron! Think Beurre Blanc, but with delicious home grown California lemons! The Bright rich and delicious sauce goes so great with fish, chicken, even steak! This video is packed with all sorts of cooking tips and tricks from pan searing to saving sauces!
