I am making my Beer Brat Stew with a little twist today, in celebration of it officially being October I decided to lean in on some delicious Pumpkin beer! This stew is an annual favorite of mine and I make it every fall! The flavors are fantastic, it truly feels like you are eating a beer brat with all the fixings but instead you got to stay in a cozy warm kitchen rather than getting cold cooking outside as the weather changes!
